We're always on the hunt for the best food magazines and just got this new one in from Spain: TAPAS. With an iconic Picasso picture on the cover and a nice font for the title, we were immediately drawn in.
Inside you find recipes, an artist who makes tempura with iPhones and iPads, the new food market in Rotterdam, traditional pig slaughter in Basque Country, salmon fishing on Lummi island and donkey milk.
The nice thing about Tapas is that it is allround, it has the food art part, restaurant tips, it shows traditional food culture and craft and zooms in on ingredients. Que aproveche!
